Our services during COVID-19 outbreak

Keeping our residents and employees safe remains an essential part of our service delivery as well as following Government and social distancing guidelines. We can offer a limited service in a number of areas. However, this will only be undertaken following a risk assessment and, where necessary using PPE. These services include:

ASB and neighbourhood management support

estate and caretaking works

gas and electrical servicing

works in empty properties

external aids and adaptations

fire safety inspections

external planned works & surveys
The above services may not have all aspects in operation, for example you may have an appoinment via a telephone call, rather than face to face. We would also kindly ask that you consider whether any repairs in your home can wait until the situation has improved and this applies to existing booked repairs which can be postponed by contacting us.

When a Trust employee is working in your home, please wear a mask, vacate their work area or maintain at least a 2 meter distance from them and keep windows in their work area open to allow for ventilation. Please be aware that if you are unable to follow these guidelines, for example because they will exacerbate a health condition, our employees may choose to leave the property without carrying out the repair or appointment, in which case you will be contacted to rearrange.
