We can all play a part in reducing the impact of the coronavirus. Remember to:

• Keep updated with the latest official guidance on coronavirus
• Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, particularly after handling food and travelling on public transport
• Follow guidelines on social distancing – staying at home where possible, maintaining a 2m distance from others in public and avoiding unnecessary social contact such as hand-shaking
• If you experience a persistent cough and a high temperature (fever), you must self-isolate
